Update importdoi.py helper to fit the current version 2 of the DataCite REST API now that version 1 was retired:
https://support.datacite.org/docs/datacite-rest-api-legacy-endpoints-deprecation

Version 2 of the API is documented at:
https://support.datacite.org/docs/api
