- docs(uchicago): update hardware specs from k8s cluster data
Reflect current cluster state: 142 nodes, 10,372 cores, ~39 TiB RAM, 82 GPUs. Adds cluster summary table, restructures node breakdown by role (compute/GPU/login/service/xcache), and expands GPU section to cover all 8 GPU worker nodes including new H200 NVL and A100 MIG slicing configs on g001/g008.
