Rename Molecule presenter APIs to Compose - #264

Use Compose-focused names for the public presenter package, types, helpers, Gradle options, modules, and artifacts so consumers are not coupled to the current Molecule implementation detail. Migrate in-repo consumers, documentation, tests, and API baselines to the breaking API and advance the snapshot to `0.2.0-SNAPSHOT`; Molecule remains the runtime implementation and `blueprints/` stays unchanged.
