Moves Quick Play preference encoding and compatibility policy into a focused owner while keeping all 18 public StorageService APIs. Movie/series sibling snapshots, legacy retry mirrors, write ordering and original profile-capture boundaries remain unchanged. The existing QuickPlayRules model is retained.
Validated independently against
webdav-syncat75b53ef3: 62 public characterization tests pass before and after extraction; the final Quick Play selection passes all 124 tests, including settings and remote navigation. Three mutations targeting sibling timing, auto-pin independence and profile reacquisition were caught. Scoped analysis reports no diagnostics; independent review found no confirmed regression.The broader selection has 167 passes and one identical upstream subtitle save-receipt failure before and after extraction. No settings reorganization, new playback policy, failover feature or cache changes. This independent draft replaces only Quick Play preference storage from retired #61.
