Moves discovered playlist IMDb/poster persistence out of the player screen into a small service while retaining the current StorageService APIs and profile ownership. IMDb eligibility, Real-Debrid/TorBox/PikPak poster write order, and existing error handling remain unchanged.
The mounted-player characterization passed before extraction. The final selection passes 20 tests; three worker mutations and four independent review mutations catch changed eligibility, ordering and host wiring. Independent review also reran all 20 tests and the original host's ten cases. Scoped analysis adds no findings (65 existing host diagnostics reduced to 55).
This independent draft replaces the playlist metadata persistence slice of retired #61. Only native player construction is substituted in host tests; real metadata and storage paths are exercised. Native decoding/device verification is not claimed. No new provider, settings, cache or playback behavior.
