Finish renaming project to wpt-pullresults #57

The directory has been changed from wptdash to wpt-pullresults, but the app is still called wptdash, which is causing some configuration issues with reconfiguring the server. I suggest "finishing the change" by renaming the python app in this repo, and then deploying fresh to a new server to see what breaks.
