This pull request adds five PottsNet modules to the webtrees 2.2 community modules list:
Each entry links to its public GitHub repository and uses a concise description based on the module's current release documentation.
All five modules support webtrees 2.2.x. The change is based on the current upstream
mainbranch and only adds the new module entries todownload/modules.md.
