Remove requirement to run the majority of the sessions.

Updates the constitution’s Teaching Coordinator role description to remove the expectation that they run most sessions, and to emphasize either leading sessions or enabling others to lead.
Changes:
- Updates 4.4.6.a to describe topic selection as “curating” rather than “planning.”
- Replaces the “conduct the majority + distribute resources if unavailable” clauses with a single statement covering leading or supporting others to lead.

Remove the requirement to run the majority of the sessions. Add clarity that the role of the teaching coordinator is to either lead the sessions or to support other exec, whether that is distributing resources or helping to develop other people's teaching skills in other ways.
