I needed to generate a large number of ID numbers and their file paths. Made it public just in case someone might find it useful. I have not tested all edge cases so be warned that something might not work as described. I don't intend on making this heavy supported long term but if I see an issue pop up I will likely fix it when I get a chance. Though at that point most people will find it easier and quicker to write their own implementation.

use -h or --help as a passed parameter to it to get a builtin help dialog that should be pretty self explanatory
