Blackboard Classic/Original submissions now use a fresh, target-validated HTTP form with the CAS session and one multipart POST, followed by REST verification of a single new submitted attempt. An initial attempts-list 404 is accepted as an empty history only when the exact assignment's read-only view exposes a matching blank first-submission form. The CLI preserves hash binding and explicit confirmation, sanitizes error details, and never replays an uncertain POST or a redirect.
This release updates package, runtime and changelog versions to 0.11.1 and makes the offline form fixture import portable on Windows.
