Simplifies course detail output while preserving the reported aggregate counts, and aligns the usage documentation. Prepares version 0.12.1 as a maintenance release.
Validation:
npm run checkand all 460 tests passed. An isolated package check verified the compiled output and package contents. Cross-platform CI is running.
