fix(ui): improve form control accessibility

Summary

• Add combobox/listbox ARIA semantics and keyboard selection to AutoComplete.
• Add spinbutton semantics, named controls, and keyboard stepping to InputNumber.
• Cover both components with focused Vitest + Testing Library tests.
