Manual
workflow_dispatch-only job. Assumes the same OIDC role as the CD build job and prints a read-only inventory (caller, ECR repos, CFN stacks, /webdev SSM params, ECS clusters) so we know what state the real account is in before ever cutting a v* release tag. Touches nothing.
