LocalStack ECR emulation is wiped by docker prune / emulator resets (hit today: repos survived, pushed images vanished; earlier: full wipe). This script rebuilds the five CD Dockerfiles, ensures the ECR repos exist, pushes
:rehearsal, and verifies with describe-images. Idempotent; run after any reset to restore the ECR half of the infra rehearsal.Verified locally: 5 pushed, 5 verified.
