Arduino and web2py code for remotely controlling a laser turret with a Leap Motion Controller

Tested on Arduino Mega ADK with Tinkerkit Output 00 connected to Servo1 (Yaw) Output 01 connected to Servo2 (Tilt) Output 03 connected to Laser pointer
