I ran tode --shortcut-setup and had to go through around 35 conflicts one by one before I could see the full overview.
The overview at the end was much easier to understand, and the shortcut fields there are already editable. Would it make sense to show that table first and let users change only the shortcuts they care about?
The current step-by-step flow could still be available for users who want help with each conflict. It would also be useful if clicking or hovering over a row showed what the terminal and editor actions do.
