Data, migration, retention, and uninstall

• v0.0.1 is a signed installable foundation release. Its package UI/runtime explicitly reports that account authorization, subscription delivery, and provider messages remain unavailable until the required generic Host APIs exist.
• The release contains no business-data migration and does not claim real provider/client end-to-end acceptance.
• Connect does not create a second client configuration or association path. The client host remains responsible for source binding, scheduling, synchronization, configuration assembly, and kernel lifecycle through its existing managed subscription pipeline.
• The provider host remains authoritative for users, entitlements, subscription rendering, messages, and administrator roles.
• v0.0.1 does not persist active Connect business data. Uninstall removes package assets and must not delete host-owned users, subscriptions, configuration, or other business records.
• Expanding the declared surfaces or capability ceiling will be submitted as a marketplace update.
