Scope
Adds the MatteriX test environment for the promoted 3.5 mL vial plate and Fisherbrand 03-339-21F vial.
Included are the environment configuration, task registration, vial-holder frame mapping, collision/contact setup, and the 240 Hz physics timestep used by the test environment.
The corresponding USD asset payloads are provided separately in Matterix_assets. This environment PR contains no asset payloads, validation records, logs, results, reports, runbooks, or workbench files.
