What does this pull request do?

Adjusts the NM Energetic Eruca based on retail captures. This PR does the following things:

Energetic Eruca (ID: 17027466)

• Added model size and hitbox.
• Deleted spawnpoints list in lua as it only has a single spawn point already reflected in sql.
• Adjusted placeholder.
• Added immunities, including immunity to slashing damage.
• Built special behavior to allow NM to do Incinerates of up to 800 damage.
