Database state, results, and object browsing are global to the editor session.
What is the new behavior?
Adds buffer-scoped contexts, isolated execution and results, persistent scratchpads, paginated PostgreSQL catalogs, definition buffers, and SQL safety confirmations.
Additional context
This establishes the shared contracts used by backend and language-server integrations.
