# CI skip demo for #1151 — temporary

Docs-only change used to prove that `desktop-native-linux` reports skipped-by-policy when the
classifier says no scaffold work is needed (PR #1153 acceptance evidence). This PR is closed after
the workflow run is captured; the file never merges.
