Adds
sine_el_nodcommand tosorunlib. Only required parameter isel_depthas input and all other parameters are optional. Allowskwargsto be passed for overrides.I added a basic test of the input parameters, but wasn't sure if I should rework the other scan tests (i.e.
test_scan_failed_smurfs_on_shutdown, etc) to loop overseq.scanandseq.sine_el_nodinstead of just doingseq.scanso I left those as they were.
