Overview
Updates the spec/fixtures/components/rust_app fixture to depend on ctor 1.0.8 (from 0.4.2) in Cargo.toml, with the matching Cargo.lock refresh.

The lockfile reflects ctor’s new dependency graph (e.g. link-section / linktime-proc-macro replacing the older ctor-proc-macro / dtor crates). No Rust source changes in this PR—the fixture still uses #[ctor] for init_registries in lib.rs.
