此 PR 由旧版入驻自动化创建。插件中心现已改为 Issue-only 审核：管理员在申请 Issue 上添加 status:accepted 后，GitHub Actions 会重新校验发行元数据并直接、原子地更新统一清单；不再创建或合并单独的入驻 PR。

因此本 PR 不合并并关闭。对应申请继续在 #4 审核。
