test(auth): isolate default credential cases

Summary / 摘要

• 隔离 default_credentials.test.ts 的模块级数据库缓存和 memory store 状态。

• 使用独立测试后端，避免测试之间共享持久化数据。

• 让 seed 明确断言 saveDb 成功，并为“持久化空密码管理员”场景显式使用 force: true，避免写入守卫拒绝后产生假阳性。

• 测试结束后恢复默认 store loader 和原始 process.env.ADMIN_PASS。
