• Clear split between session-scoped /every//after vs unattended cron/Actions
• Honest gaps (no self-merge, workflow approval, PR write boundary) look accurate
• Human merge gate is explicit

Action: marking ready for review and landing after CI + sequential merge with #351 (same file). One small optional polish for a follow-up: week-one step 3 updates STATE.md while the intro is "report-only" — either keep STATE as the L1 artifact (fine for daily-triage) or write a separate report file like the Continue appendix. Not blocking.
